Meet and Greet Info

Please note that most of our animals are in loving foster homes and not at a physical shelter, so all meet and greets will need to be coordinated by a member of our staff unless at a local adoption event. So whether you meet your new best friend in person or online, know that they are:

  • Spayed/Neutered
  • Microchipped
  • Up to date on all vaccinations
  • Tested for heartworm
  • Started on flea/heartworm preventative
  • Dewormed

Adoption Fees

  • Puppies: $495
  • Adult Dogs (Over 1 Year): $395
  • Elderly Dogs: Determined on a case-by-case basis

Mountain Pet Rescue wants to ensure a positive adoption experience for both the adopter and pet. We strongly encourage new adopters to look into our recommended training tips and resources.

If you have any questions or concerns about life with your new pet, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
